SOLUTION:
1. Replace terminal.
2. If the circuit is restricted, repair and retest. If there are no restrictions and the component still does not work or does not work properly, replace it.
3. Replace compressor
4. Check pressures and set to specification.
STATUS:
The entire unit stops operating.
CAUSE:
1. Is the motor terminal loose?
2. Is the motor damaged?
3. Is the cable connected to the motor damaged?
4. Is the AP 1 control board of the indoor unit damaged?
5. Is the fan blocked?
SOLUTION:
1. Connect the terminal correctly.
2. Replace the evaporator unit motor.
3. Replace the evaporator unit motor.
4. Replace evaporator board.
5. Make sure that the fan is not blocked by a component that is out of place, arrange the component so that it does not obstruct the rotation of the fan.
Compressor High-Pressure Protection
Error display ODU mainboard LED displayer
Error judgment condition and method
It is judged through the action of a high-pressure switch. If the high-pressure switch is cut off, it is judged that
high-pressure is too high and the system stops operation for protection.
Possible reason:
■ Cut-off valve of ODU or IDU is not fully opened.
■ High-pressure switch is abnormal.
■ Outdoor or indoor fan is not working properly.
■ IDU filter or air duct is blocked (heating mode).
■ Ambient temperature is too high.
