Promotion Period:

This giveaway is valid from June 20th, 2025 to August 20th, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

Eligibility:

• Open only to legal U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older.
• Valid only for purchases of air conditioners made at UA Store National City during the Promotion Period.
• Limit one prize per customer, regardless of number of purchases.
• Employees of UA Store National City, affiliates, agents, or immediate family members are not eligible.
• Void where prohibited by law.

How to Participate:

• Customers are automatically entered based on the total value of eligible air conditioner purchases made during the Promotion Period.
• Purchase records will be used to determine eligibility and prize tier placement.

Winner Selection:

• Winners are selected on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by the timestamp of purchase.
• Prizes are assigned to qualifying purchases in descending order of value, until inventory is exhausted.
• Each customer may win only one prize, based on the highest prize tier reached.

Winner Announcement:
Winners will be announced on August 21st, 2025 via UA Store National City’s social media, or through direct contact. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, as permitted by law.

General Conditions:

• Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• UA Store National City reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable.
• By participating, entrants grant UA Store National City permission to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
• UA Store National City reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or fraud.

Limitation of Liability:
UA Store National City is not responsible for:

• Technical malfunctions, interruptions, or failures of any kind;
• Late, lost, damaged, misdirected, or incomplete entries or communications;
• Any claims, losses, or damages arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of any prize. Participants agree to release and hold harmless UA Store National City, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation or prize use.

Governing Law:
This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in San Diego County.
