Terms and Conditions of the UA Store Refund Program

Effective Date: January 1 to December 31, 2024

 

Introduction
Welcome to the UA Store Refund Program. This program has been created to recognize and reward our loyal and eligible customers with a refund based on a percentage of their total annual purchases at the UA Store. Participation in this program is subject to the following terms and conditions, which comply with the applicable laws and regulations in the State of California.

Definitions

2.1. Rebate: A refund of a percentage of the total purchases made during the eligible period, in accordance with the conditions set forth in this document.

2.2. Eligible Consumer: A customer who meets the requirements defined in the UA Store Refund Program.

2.3. Eligible Product or Service: A good or service that qualifies for a refund according to the criteria established by the UA Store. Home delivery service charges are not eligible for this program.

2.4. Eligibility Period: The time frame within the calendar year, determined by the UA Store, during which the applicable refund percentages apply.

2.5. Spending Levels: Spending categories that the customer must reach within the eligibility period to qualify for the applicable refund percentage. All amounts considered are before taxes.

2.6. Returns: Purchases made during the eligibility period and returned in the following period will only be eligible for a proportional refund (discounting the rebate), provided that the customer has previously received the corresponding refund.

2.7. Final Sale: Purchases marked as final sale will not be considered in the calculation of the purchase amount applicable to the program.

2.8. Rebate Calculation: The refund amount is determined using the following formula:
Purchase Amount × Applicable Refund Percentage = Deductible Amount from the Refundable Total.

2.9. Currency: All transactions and refunds will be calculated and issued in U.S. dollars (USD).

  1. Eligibility Period
    The UA Store Refund Program is valid from January 1, 2024, at 12:00 AM until December 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM.
    Customers who meet the established purchase requirements within this period will be eligible to receive a refund.
  2. Eligibility
    To qualify for the Refund Program, the customer must meet the following requirements:
  • Purchase of Eligible Products: Purchase any product or service marketed by the UA Store, except for home delivery service charges.
  • Financial Status (Credit Customers):
    • The customer must not have overdue or unpaid invoices.
    • Only invoices that have been fully paid within the eligibility period will be considered for the refund calculation.
    • Invoices paid after the program’s cut-off date will be considered for the following year, provided that the program’s terms remain unchanged.
    • If the customer has one or more overdue invoices, the UA Store reserves the right to cancel up to 100% of the granted refund.
  • Billing and Payments:
    • Purchases that qualify for the program must have fully paid invoices, with no overdue payments or outstanding balances.
  • Achievement of Goals:
    • Reach the spending levels or objectives established in the program.
    • All amounts considered for the loyalty program will be before taxes.
    • Returns, credit notes, and cancellations will not be considered.
    • The amount considered for goal fulfillment will not include home delivery services or invoices for advance payments.
  1. Spending Levels and Payment Method

       The Refund Program will calculate and grant refunds according to the following spending levels:

  • Silver Level:
    2% cashback in gift cards, valid exclusively for purchases within the UA Store.
  • Gold Level:
    3% cashback in gift cards, valid exclusively for purchases within the UA Store.
  • Diamond Level:
    4% cashback in gift cards, valid exclusively for purchases within the UA Store.

Customers can redeem their accumulated refund through an electronic wallet.

  1. Validity
    The refund accumulated during the eligibility period cannot be transferred to subsequent years. If not used within the following period, it will be automatically forfeited.
  2. Restrictions and Exclusions
  • Products Purchased from Unauthorized Sellers: Refunds will not be granted for products purchased through unauthorized sellers.
  • Unspecified Additional Discounts: Refunds will not apply to purchases that use additional discounts not specified in this program.
  • Non-Transferability: The Refund Program is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person.
  • Final Approval: All refunds are issued in accordance with these terms and conditions and are subject to the final approval of the UA Store.
  • Acceptance of Terms: By participating in the UA Store Refund Program, the customer acknowledges and accepts the established terms and conditions.
  • Program Modification or Cancellation: The Refund Program may be modified or canceled at any time without prior notice. However, the UA Store will fulfill any commitments made before the modification.
  • Loss, Theft, Damage, Misplacement, or Misuse: In the event of loss, theft, damage, misplacement, or misuse of refund cards or electronic wallets, the UA Store is not responsible for restoring the amount or replacing the card.
  • Use of Personal Data: The personal data provided by the customer will be used exclusively for the administration of the Refund Program. The UA Store is committed to complying with applicable data protection laws and will not share this information with third parties without the customer’s explicit consent, except as necessary to fulfill program obligations or in response to a request from the authorities.
